How to delete your account

1. Open the Kairo app on your iPhone.
2. Go to Settings inside the app.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm when prompted. Your request is processed automatically.

• Your account record and authentication profile.
• Your profile and onboarding answers, handle, display name, and avatar.
• Your alarms, wake-up logs, streaks, league membership, and XP.
• Your social data — friend requests, friendships, blocks, and reports you filed.
• App-side subscription references, excluding records Apple or payment processors must keep independently.

Wake-up photos are not stored, so they are not part of any deletion workflow.

Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Some records may be kept longer where required to resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, or prevent fraud.
