How to delete your account

1. Open the Kairo app on your iPhone.
2. Go to Settings inside the app.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted. Your request will be processed automatically.

• Your Kairo account record and authentication profile stored by our systems.
• Your saved alarm settings, streak history, and related in-app preferences associated with the account.
• Subscription-related app-side account references, excluding records Apple or payment processors must retain independently.

Photos captured for alarm validation are not stored and therefore are not part of long-term deletion workflows.

Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Some records may be retained longer where required to resolve disputes, enforce legal obligations, or prevent fraud.
