Terms for using Kairo
These terms govern access to the Kairo iOS application, subscription billing through Apple, and acceptable use of the service.

By downloading, accessing, or using Kairo, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Service Description
Kairo is an alarm application for iOS that uses camera-based validation, streak tracking, and subscription-backed premium features. Some functionality depends on third-party services and Apple platform services.
Account Creation
You may create or access an account using Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining access to the Apple account used to sign in and for any activity occurring under your account.
Subscriptions
Kairo offers auto-renewable subscriptions billed through Apple. Available plans include Monthly at R$29,90 per month and Annual at R$199,90 per year, both with a 3-day free trial.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
Cancellation must be handled through your App Store account settings. Refunds are administered by Apple according to Apple's policies.
Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app, APIs, notifications, or validation systems.
- Do not use Kairo for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
- Do not try to bypass subscription checks, authentication, or security controls.
Intellectual Property
Kairo, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kairo is provided on an as-available basis and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your place of residence.
