Kairo is a camera-based alarm clock for iOS. We collect only the information needed to deliver alarm functionality, subscription management, account access, and support.

• Apple Sign-In account details, including your name and email address when provided by Apple.
• Alarm settings, schedules, challenge preferences, and related app configuration.
• Streak data and usage progress associated with your account.
• Camera photos used for alarm validation. These images are processed transiently for AI validation and are never stored by Kairo after processing completes.
• Limited device information needed to deliver notifications and maintain app reliability, such as push token data and basic diagnostic context.

• Supabase for authentication and application database services.
• RevenueCat for subscription status and purchase management.
• Groq API for transient photo validation AI processing.
• Apple Push Notification Service for alarm and notification delivery.

Account information, alarm settings, and streak records are retained while your account remains active and for a limited period afterward when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

Photos captured for validation are processed transiently and are not retained after the validation response is completed.

You can request full account and data deletion by emailing privacy@kairoapp.com. Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days unless a longer period is legally required.

You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of your data by contacting us at privacy@kairoapp.com.

Kairo includes users in Brazil. We support rights provided by the Lei Geral de Protecao de Dados, including rights to confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization where applicable, and deletion subject to legal exceptions.

Kairo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can review and remove it when appropriate.
