Why didn't my alarm go off?
Check permissions, volume, and that the alarm is on.

Kairo has a checklist for this in the app: tap your photo, then Settings, then Alarm not working? Or go through these:
- Allow notifications and alarms. Open iPhone Settings, tap Apps, then Kairo, and make sure both are on. Without them, Kairo can't ring when the app is closed.
- Turn up the volume. In iPhone Settings, Sounds & Haptics, raise Ringtone and Alerts.
- Check that the alarm is on in Kairo, and set for the right days.
- Check Focus. If Do Not Disturb or Sleep Focus is on, make sure it allows Kairo.
- Update Kairo to the latest version from the App Store.
If the first ring doesn't wake you, Kairo rings again. Still not working? Tap Report a Bug in Settings, or email us with your iPhone model and iOS version.
