How do Discover and the globe work?
Send your proof to friends, and see people proving the same habits worldwide.
Updated September 25, 2026
Discover is where you take your daily proof and send it. Your photo shows up in your friends' feed and on their Home Screen widget.
Choosing who gets a photo
- Everyone: all your friends get it, and it can also appear on the globe.
- One friend: tap their photo in the row and only they get it. It never goes on the globe.
The globe
Spin the globe to see people proving their habits right now, all over the world. Habit proofs sent to Everyone appear there with your name and photo, placed near a city in your time zone, never at your exact location. Tap someone to see their profile.
Use the filter at the top to see Everyone, My friends, just Me, or your room.
