How do I get a refund?
Apple handles every refund for purchases made on the App Store.

Kairo can't see your payment or issue refunds. Apple handles them under its refund policy.
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
- Tap I'd like to, then Request a refund.
- Pick the reason and the Kairo purchase, then submit.
