What is Screen Control?
Block the apps that keep you up, and see your real screen time.
Updated September 25, 2026
Screen Control locks the apps you choose at night and again when you hit a daily limit. It also shows your real screen time and a Focus Score for the day.
- Open Settings and tap Screen Control, or tap the Screen Control tile on Home.
- Allow Screen Time access when your iPhone asks.
- Tap Choose apps and pick the ones that pull you in.
- Turn on Block at bedtime and set when it starts. It ends at your next alarm.
- If you want, turn on a Daily limit.
To get a blocked app back early, you solve a short word search. You choose how hard it is. Blocking apps is part of Kairo Gold.
Your Screen Time data stays on your iPhone. Apple draws the report in a protected space that Kairo can't read.
