What does Kairo do with my contacts?
Contacts are optional and only used to find friends already on Kairo.

When you let Kairo use your contacts, it checks which of them are already on Kairo, so you can add them. Only a scrambled form of each email is compared. Your contacts never leave your iPhone in the clear.
Contacts are optional. You can always add friends by username or with your link instead, and turn contacts access off anytime in iPhone Settings.
