How do I delete my Kairo account?
Delete your account from Settings inside the app.

- Tap your photo in the top left corner to open your profile.
- Tap Settings, then Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account and associated data are removed within 30 days. This can't be undone. See Account deletion for the details.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Kairo Gold subscription. Apple bills it, so cancel it in your iPhone Settings first.
Can't open the app? Email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
